Dr. Beth Krone, PhD
Dr. Beth Krone, is a New York State licensed clinical psychologist specializing in the assessment and care of people with ADHD and related disorders. She is a well-regarded academic researcher whose work has focused on understanding the pathophysiology of ADHD, improving diagnosis, and finding biomarkers that inform treatment targets to help improve the lives of people with ADHD. Dr. Krone and her colleagues are specialists who provide high quality educational and neuropsychological assessment, treatment monitoring, and evidence-based interventions for neurodivergent individuals.
With a particular focus on ADHD across the lifespan, especially among women, Dr. Krone provides a compassionate and respectful to mental health care. Her practice is dedicated to providing a safe, supportive environment for patients to explore their unique cognitive profiles and develop effective strategies for long-term success.

Dr. Downes is Clinical Psychologist and licensed NYC special education teacher and teacher leader who specialized in literacy and writing for adolescents with learning disabilities for 34 years. He teaches adult undergradualte college students at CUNY. He is a certified ADHD and executive function coach who brings a practical, strengths-based approach to every consultation.

Dr. Galette has been a licensed clinical psychologist in private practice for nearly 40 years. He is a positive psychologist and executive coach, having spent many years helping working professionals to reach their optimal perfomance. He is psychodynamically and family systems oriented, providing DBT, a varitey stress management, and advanced social skills work.
